- Deep Freezers are designed for storage of biological samples in biotech, life science, clinical research as well as medical & pharmaceutical specimens, serums, vaccines, blood components.
- Double walled construction, having Stainless Steel-304 grade Interior & Exterior CRCA Steel with Powder Coat finish.
- Inner made of Stainless Steel-304/316 grade and Exterior of Stainless Steel -304 grade in GMP Model.
- Cooling element is embedded from outer side of the working chamber.
- Units are highly insulated by PUF (Polyurethane Foam) between the walls with 100% vapor barrier.
- A key locking door having magnetic gasket seals door gaps perfectly.
- Full length inner plexin-glass to avoid the temperature loss.
- High Efficiency CFC Free Cooling system includes hermetically sealed Emerson Copland make compressor coupled utilizing an CFC Free eco-friendly refrigerant & with air cooled condensing unit fitted with Motor, Fan Blade, Electrical Accessories etc. Mounted on bottom of the unit on heavy base frame.
- Temperature controlled by Dual Display Microprocessor based PID Temp. Controller with & PT-100 sensor.
- Temperature Range: Upto-20° C & Upto -80° C.
- Temperature Accuracy: ± 2°C to 3° С.
- Temperature Uniformity: ± 2 C or better.
- Castor wheels for easy mobility.
- Operates on 230 Volts AC Single phase 50 Hz.
SAFETY FEATURES
A. Inbuilt Overload protection relay for compressor.
B. Compressor ON delay timer, to safe guard the compressor.
N.B. :-80° C and above ultra deep freezer models are also available with Cascade cooling system having CFC free compressor utilizing eco-friendly refrigerants with air cooled condenser,
